Chas Everitt International - Great Brak, Little Brak, Reebok and Tergniet

Across
the ocean from Mossel Bay lies a coastal strip between Little Brak and Great
Brak River. This geographic location affords superb sea views of the city, especially
when it is lit at night.
The suburbs of Tergniet and Reebok are holiday home country with access to fine
beaches gentle sands at the mouth of the Little Brak and fascinating tidal
pools elsewhere. This is the ideal place to view whales during their annual
winter visit to our waters to breed and calve. Year round, dolphins may be seen
leaping through the surf. Elsewhere, areas of fynbos natural floral vegetation,
are home to mongoose, small antelope and a wide variety of birdlife.
The
village of Little Brak River itself is an exclusive community and the adjacent
suburb of Fraai Uitsig, north-facing, is largely residential. Here, sheltered
from the prevailing winds, fine gardens are developed by home owners.
The nearby town of Great Brak offers all facilities including
doctors, chemist, veterinary clinic, churches, shops for everyday needs and
a primary school. There is easy access to the N2 highway and high schools, hospitals
and major shopping centres are available in Mossel Bay, ten minutes, and George,
20 minutes.
With a fine year-round climate, the Mossel Bay coast at the Braks
is the ideal home whether for holidays or permanent residence.
